Entry with ANA ≥1:80, then weighted domains. Only the highest-weighted item in each domain counts. ≥10 points with at least one clinical criterion classifies SLE.

Ann Rheum Dis 2019;78:1151–9. Do not count an item if there is a more likely explanation than SLE; occurrence on at least one occasion is sufficient.
